The Studio Shop will provide a refund or exchange of any item damaged in shipping (proof may be required). Other return or exchange requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Please email tim@tsimpsonart.com with refund or exchange requests.
With the exception of Limited Edition products, all orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days of the order date. The shipping timeline for limited edition products is outlined in the product description.
